  • If a significant error is discovered after publication, authors are obligated to notify the editor for correction or retraction.

2. Editor Responsibilities

  • Editorial decisions must be based on the scientific merit of the manuscripts, without discrimination based on race, gender, affiliation, or political beliefs.

  • Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not use any part of their content for personal advantage.

  • Editors must ensure that the peer review process is conducted fairly, objectively, and in a timely manner.

  • Editors may reject or retract manuscripts that violate publication ethics.

  • Reviews should be conducted objectively, constructively, and supported by clear reasoning.
